Victorian Trade Show
by: | in: BEAR News, Blogs, Sales Team | on: 02/08/2010
BEAR Solutions Victorian Trade Days saw a selected number of invited organizations through to view the latest solutions for Printing, and Photocopying Charging Solutions. There were 3 presentations per day, launching the latest BEAR CMSIPCUB software, Wireless Web Based Printing, Web based Reloading and the Latest technology in Kiosk (Print, Account Management, USB, EFTPOS Reloading and Card Dispensing Systems).
The attendees were very excited with the overall solution, the benefits that can be derived from a Total Cost Of Ownership through to the ease of use for the Customer, through to the reporting functionality for the Administration and Management divisions.
The presentation and the hands on demonstrations went through the process of what the customer would experience when utilizing the systems in their own particular environments. To see something on the big screen and then to physically use the solution to get first hand experience is something not regularly experienced.
All of our invited guests requested further information and discussion on how the BEAR Solutions new product range will meet their needs and provide a seamless implementation and offer simple functionality for the user to navigate through.
Its always good to have these trade shows and not only present products but sit down over a coffee and discuss current and future requirements of customers. Once the presentation is over everyone is relaxed and shots the questions freely. Sometimes I feel these presentations encourage the open forum of discussion just that little bit further.

Great to see how a presentation can lead to further discussion to maximise a trade show experience.
