BEAR is pleased to be have been selected to provide our print and copy payment solution coupled with Pharos Signup PC Reservation to Gold Coast City Council Libraries (https://www.goldcoast.qld.gov.au/library/). BEAR Welcomes New Team Member Alex Fagan

BEAR welcomes its newest team member Alex Fagan. Alex joins the BEARs support help desk team. With Alex adding to the team it allows bear to assist our clients quicker than ever before over the phone, via email or using our range of remote access tools.
Alex was recently awarded a Bachelor of Technology (IT Support) from the University of Western Sydney and comes with a customer service background.
